Who is eligible to become a Defining Loyalty member?
The Defining Loyalty: Members Only Program is available to established clients who have completed 8 STEPS of the 12 Step Healthy Hair Experience within three months. (Hence the word “Loyalty”) In doing so you are showing dedication and becoming acclimated to the salon flow.
When can I sign up for the membership?
Membership enrollment is open between the 25th and 31st of each month only. Enrollment outside of this window is not available. Once you are enrolled, it is automatic renewal each month on the same day as your initial enrollment.
How do I sign up?

Complete your registration during the open enrollment window (25th–31st)
What happens after I sign up?
Once registered, you are required to submit the monthly membership fee to activate your membership.
Upon payment:
• Your membership becomes active for the upcoming month
• You gain access to the Members Only site. Keep up with your credentials. The Members Site will be your FAV!
• All Defining Loyalty benefits become available to you based on your chosen membership.
When can I start booking appointments?
Members may begin booking appointments for the following month once enrollment and payment are completed.
Where can I find membership details, updates, or changes?
All membership information, policies, and program updates are housed here on the home page of Definingyoullc.com. Exclusive deals and Members Only information, however, will only be available on the members’ site. Members are encouraged to refer to the website for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Each membership is built different with all including two basic services per month as part of their subscription. They also receive exclusive discounts of up to 30% off on selected services. Additional perks include special birthday and holiday access; along with random giveaways.

Clients are required to pay upfront for their membership with the expectation that they will fully utilize the services offered. However, if clients choose not to use all the included services, they still retain access to a variety of other benefits and perks designed to save money. No refunds will be issued for unused services, as this membership is a contractual affordable program that allows clients to save money for their intentional haircare journey.

Nonmembers can log in to the members-only portal from the 25th to the 31st of each month to register for the upcoming month's services. Once registered, members will have access to the full calendar for the month and can book their appointments immediately. Only members have full access to the entire next month's schedule upfront starting on the 15th. Non-members must wait until the 25th of each month to view the next month’s availability to book.
