Ensuring the Best Experience
At DEFINING YOU, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures.
BE PUNCTUAL
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
BE COURTEOUS
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, we will have to charge a 40% administration fee.

We’re thrilled when we hear how much our clientele love coming back to our busy Hair Salon time and time again. It means we’re doing something right! With a full schedule and limited seating sometimes it's hard to accommodate everyone in a safe space, therefore please no extra guests unless being serviced. NO KIDS (unless being serviced or you've communicated with staff).
